We were deeply honoured to receive an invitation, together with the distinguished delegation of the World Buddhist Sangha Council, to pay homage to and meet with His Eminence the Sangharaja of Cambodia, along with the revered senior Maha Theras of the Cambodian Sangha.
Accordingly, we had the great privilege of meeting His Eminence the Sangharaja of Cambodia, where a cordial and significant discussion was held on the forthcoming 60th Anniversary Commemoration of the World Buddhist Sangha Council and the Official Inauguration of Nāgānanda International Buddhist University.
During this venerable gathering, matters concerning the participation of the Cambodian Sangha in these historic occasions were discussed, and a formal invitation was respectfully extended to Cambodia to join these momentous celebrations.
It was a particularly auspicious and memorable occasion to have the opportunity to offer a special gift to His Eminence the Sangharaja of Cambodia, who has attained the remarkable age of 103 years, symbolising our profound respect and reverence for his long-standing contribution to the preservation and propagation of the Buddha Dhamma.
This sacred encounter will remain a cherished and memorable moment in our journey of strengthening the bonds of Buddhist fraternity, friendship, and international Sangha cooperation.

කාම්බෝජයේ සංඝරාජයන් වහන්සේ හා එහි මහතෙරවරු මුණගැසීමට ආරාධනාවක් අප වෙතත් ලෝක බෞද්ධ සංඝ සම්මේලනයේ නියෝජිත පිරිසටත් ලැබුණි. ඒ අනුව අප කාම්බෝජයේ සංඝරාජ මහා ස්වාමීන්ද්‍රයන් වහන්සේ මුණ ගැසී ඉදිරියේ දී පැවැත්වීමට නියමිත ලෝක බෞද්ධ සංඝ සම්මේලනයේ 60 වන සැමරුම හා නාගානන්ද ජාත්‍යන්තර බෞද්ධ විශ්වවිද්‍යාලයේ නිල විවෘත කිරීම පිළිබදවත් කාම්බෝජයේ සහභාගීත්වය පිළිබදවත් ඒ සදහා වූ නිල ආරාධනයත් සිදු කරන ලදි.
වයස අවුරුදු 103 ක් සපුරන කාම්බෝජයේ සංඝරාජයන් වහන්සේ වෙත මවිසින් තිළිණයක් ප්‍රදානය කරන්නට යෙදුනි.
